Hello!

Sacred Rhythm began out of my passion for teaching women God's Word and helping them find rest in the midst of a busy, hurried world. I love opening scripture and watching the way God brings clarity, comfort and restoration through His truth. I find God's presence in creation—the steady rhythm of the sunrise, the quiet of a trail, the awe of a mountain view—and I invite you to experience Him there too.

Being married for 30 years and mom of two grown daughters, I love the simple joy of time spent together.  I'm a quilter, traveler and lifelong learner, and my husband and I are currently on a quest to hike in all 63 national parks.  Whether I am exploring a new landscape or stitching something beautiful, I try to keep my life rooted in the wonder, rest and hope found only in Jesus.
